With the development of optical networks, especially after the emergence of 5g networks, the amount of data transmission has increased significantly. 100g optical modules have been widely used in various optical networks to quickly improve the transmission capacity and rate of optical networks.

The 100g qsfp28 psm4 module launched by xianyitong technology adopts 4-way 25g NRZ single-mode parallel technology. The interface is single-mode MPO / MPT and occupies at least 8-core single-mode optical fiber. It is widely used in 100g psm4 Ethernet and Infiniband 4x EDR links. The transmission distance through single-mode optical fiber can be up to 2km or 10km. Considering the cost of optical cable, the commonly used model is 2km.
