Accelerate the construction of a national integrated big data center system, strengthen the overall intelligent scheduling of computing power, build a number of national hub nodes and big data center clusters, and build E-level and 10E level supercomputing centers. We will actively and steadily develop industrial Internet and Internet of Vehicles. We will build a global and efficient communication, navigation, and remote sensing space infrastructure system, and build a commercial space launch site. We will accelerate the digital transformation of traditional infrastructure such as transportation, energy, and municipal administration, and strengthen the construction of ubiquitous awareness, terminal networking, and intelligent scheduling systems. Give play to the leading role of the market, open up diversified investment channels, and build a new infrastructure standard system.
